Balloon Care
We want you to get the most out of your balloon order so here are a few tips on how to best care for them so they'll last longer and everyone stays safe.

Open the box ASAP
Leaving the balloons in the box for a long time will deflate them faster. Open the box on arrival.

Nothing sharp
Do not use scissors or a knife to open the box. Avoid leaving near spiky plants or pets too.

Handle with care
Open and remove balloons from the box with care. Watch sharp surfaces and that the weight isn't loose.

Room temperature
Don't leave your balloons in sunshine or hot rooms, or in garages/cars where it's cold. Warm is best!

No naked flames
Don't leave balloons near fire places - or let them get too close to your birthday cake candles!

Adult supervision
Don't let kids yank on the ribbons as it can damage balloons and valves. Supervise your kids!

Don't inflate helium
We know it can make your voice sound funny - but it can also be deadly. Please don't do it.
